    I'm trying to install win 11 by windows 11 installation assistant tool, I don't want to perform a clean installation of win 11 because I have so many games and programs already installed, and reinstalling them will take days.Windows downloads and starts installation perfectly but when it comes to checking PC I get this message and installation stopsWhen I close the window I get this error code 0x80070003I don't know what causes this issue, performing a PC health check. resetting BIOS and disconnecting every secondary HDD I have changed nothingUsed Microsofts SetupDiag tool to get more inf

    Hi Nilton,

    I suggest you to follow the steps given in the link below and check if it helps you. Select Windows 8.1 from the Product list.

    Windows Update error "0x80070002" or "0x80070003"

    Fix Windows Update errors

    Windows defender doesn't update- Error code 0x80070003

    This applies to Windows 8/8.1 and probably applies to Win 10. Many of the suggested fixes for various issues have yet to be updated by MS to reflect whether they are applicable to the new OS.
