Windows 10: Cant install windows on new PC

Hey, just got a new PC, and cant install windows on it. When I boot into the flash drive I bought from Micro Center, I am given the options in the fist pic. Choosing either puts me into the windows boot manager, and after selecting 64 bit, I get stuck on that windows logo with no loading indicator in the last pic.


I have made a new boot flash drive for windows on 2 other flash drives, one fresh out of the store, and find the same result. I made an Ubuntu boot drive, and it installed fine, and works aside from a resolution issue relating to the graphics card I think. I also tried testing the Windows boot from the store with each ram stick individually, tried using a different M.2 port for the SSD, tried using an older gen graphics card, and turning it off and back on again. Can anyone make any sense of this all?

-RAM - G.Skill Ripjaws 32gb 2x16

-SSD - Samsung 970 EVO SSD 1TB

-GPU - ASUS TUF RTX 3080

-Power Supply - EVGA SuperNOVA 850 GA, 80 Plus Gold 850W

-Case - Lian Li Lancool II TG

windows xp installation and dual core am

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx

 

Installing Windows 10 on New PC?

I'm going to be building a new PC on Christmas and want to install Windows 10 on it. I have Windows 10 on my current PC, which I installed upgrading from 8.1 with the files on a USB. How do I go about installing a clean copy of Windows 10 on this new PC? I think I recall something about installing it once makes Microsoft recognize your hardware, but since this will be a PC I'm not sure what steps I need to take. Do I need to go 8.1 -> 10 or is there a method of going directly to 10?
