Windows 10: Can't install Windows update 1903 (Currently 1809)

I have been checking this issue for almost 8 hours or more, I already updated my Lenovo drivers (I have a Lenovo Y710 cube), the issues that I have read says that the installation will fail if I have a USB connected, but when? Because all the errors I have read people have is before the program even allows you to install, or some code error kb### something, that I'm not getting, my issue is after I hit restart now, it reboot the PC and start the installation, and at 15% it reboot again and says it's reverting the changes done, I don't want to reformat my PC, I also downloaded the media creation center to have a windows installer on a USB but I'm not sure if by updating I'll keep everything installed and not personal files removed, other people's answers I have read says this method doesn't work so I haven't try this , just in case the issue is something else that can be fix easily. If anyone have an idea please enlighten me.

Btw, when I used the windows update check, it's says I'm up to date, and my system actually has the update 1903(2) and 1809 x64, which I don't understand then why I'm getting this error or the windows update assistance telling me that I'm at 1809 and to update to 1903.

windows xp installation and dual core am

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx

 

Windows Updates failed to instal

I just did step one and they have just all installed.... thank you so much.... it was quite frustrating having that update window pop up every 5 minutes and failing to instal every time

No. Because since Feb 14 2019 MS have dropped the 'Semi-Annual Channel (Targeted)' classification (something Woody seems to have overlooked). Business users now have a new simplified update structure....
