Windows 10: Cant install xbox acessories app error code 0x87E10BCF

Everytime i try to install the xbox accesories app in the microsoft store it just says error then says see details and shows me " 0x87E10BCF" does anyone have a fix

• Type wsreset.exe and then hit Enter. 

Step 3: Uninstall and reinstall the Xbox App to update it.

• Click Start and type Windows PowerShell on the search box.
• Right-click and then select Run as administrator.
• Type the following command to uninstall Xbox app: Get-AppxPackage *xboxapp* | Remove-AppxPackage.
• Hit Enter. 
• Launch Windows Store and download the Xbox App.

Can't download/Install anything from Store "Code: 0x87E10BCF"

I wanted to try Forza Horizon 4 Demo and all my waiting for updates apps tries to acquire license, then this error happen:Code: 0x87E10BCF

Google search gave some "fix" to try which changed nothing..

Help?

I recently had to reinstall the original windows 8.1 on my laptop due to a power failure while updating. I had updated to windows 10 back when they offered it to me. I downloaded the windows 10 software after rebooting with 8.1 and installed but it will
not let me activate
