Windows 10: Can't Install Xbox Insider Hub on Windows 10.

Im on the latest windows 10 update and I cant install the Xbox Insider Hub. When I hover over the "Install" button, my cursor changes to a prohibition symbol. How do I install it?

1. Did you make any changes to the PC prior to this issue?
   
2. Have you signed in using the Microsoft account?
   
3. Are you able to search for other apps on the Microsoft Store?
   

However, you may follow these steps to check if that helps.

Step 1: Suggest you to run the apps troubleshooter to
fix problems with apps from Microsoft Store.

download the Xbox Insider Hub from the link.

Can't log in into Xbox Insider Hub

Hi,

There are several reasons why you are unable to sign in to the Xbox Insider Hub. Based on the error message that you received, it is possible that your PC is not connected to the internet or the Xbox Insider Hub is blocked from connecting to the network.
To properly isolate your concern, please clarify the following information:

• Is your PC connected to the internet?
• Are you able to access your other apps online?
• Are you still able to sign in to the regular Xbox App or the Xbox App Beta on the same PC?
• Have you tried to connect to a different router or network source?
• Is your computer connected via a wired or a wireless network?

If your PC is connected to the internet and your other apps can be accessed online, that means there is an issue with the Xbox Insider Hub itself. You may install all the critical and important Windows Updates on your PC by following the steps on this

link to ensure that the app is compatible with the current Windows Updates on your computer.

Once the computer is updated, uninstall and re-install the Xbox Insider Hub again. If the issue persists,

XBox Insider Hub not installing

Hi,

There are several reasons whyyou can't install your
Xbox Insider Hub, it may be due to corrupted data.Let us try to reset and
clear the store cache your Windows Store,
here are steps below on how to do it:

1. Press Windows key + X on your keyboard.

2. Click on Command prompt (Admin).

3. Type wsreset.exe, and then hit Enter.

4. Restart your computer and reinstall the games.

*After re-setting Windows Store, try again to install your Xbox Insider Hub.
