Windows 10: Can't Join Party Chat Xbox app windows 10 Error Code 0x807A1007

Hello, every time I try to join my friend's party to voice chat it gives tells me that me "network settings are blocking party chat error 0x807A1007"

I keep getting this error message when I try to join a party on Xbox so we can voice chat. It kicked me out of my own party when another person using the Xbox app joined. This also happened when I tried to join another party where the host was using an
Xbox app. I've looked up fixes, but have no way of verifying the information provided at other sites. How do you actually fix this besides praying that it works?
