Windows 10: Can't log in after clearing TPM because touch keyboard and handwriting panel service is...

Hi, after resetting TPM and came to log in, it says "Your PIN is no longer available due to change to the security settings on this device. Click set up your PIN again." So I did that but I could not type my password, the keyboard doesn't writing in Microsoft log in box. I tried other methods like type my password in WiFi label box and copy it to paste it in Microsoft log in box but that didn't work. So what can I do to log in my laptop or at least enable touch keyboard and handwriting panel service to be able to type my password ?Thank you in advance.Abdelrahman.

If the above steps didn't work, we suggest that you disable the Touch Keyboard and Handwriting Panel Service. Please follow these steps:

• Click on Start.
• Type Services, and then press Enter.
• On the right pane, look for Touch Keyboard and Handwriting Panel Service. Double-click on it.
• Locate the Startup Type drop down, and change it to Disabled.
• Click on Apply button to save changes.
• Click on OK button to close the Touch Keyboard and Handwriting Panel Service
  window.
