Windows 10: Can't log into a Windows 11 pc

Hi,We have had a staff member go on leave while still logged into their Windows 11 laptop. The person is uncontactable, we don't know their password and this machine is critical to our business. Every time we reboot the machine it just boots straight into their account. The login screen gives us no option to switch accounts or log out of the current account. We only have the password prompt and the power options, like a lock screen. We've tried restarting the computer, power cycling it, we've tried pulling the battery out when it's switched on to force a hard shutdown. Nothing works, every tim

windows xp installation and dual core am

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx

 

Can't log into pc

• Is the issue in Local account or Microsoft Account?
• Are you able to use Mouse?

I would suggest you to restart your computer and check for Num lock
key on the keyboard; It should be turned on. Also press Windows key + space bar
and check for language changes.

If you are able to use Mouse then click on Easy of access
button on the lock screen and choose onscreen keyboard and try to enter the password. Do let us know if you are able to log into PC. Thank you.
