Windows 10: cant log into bank website on chrome

hi i was logged into my bank website on chrome for several mos never logged out but after clearing cookies today etc,i can't log in. All info was correct because i logged in on Edge. It's capital one.I would rather not use Edge since it worked perfectly fine on Chrome. I don't want to uninstall and reinstall Chrome.Do you know what might be causing this login problem. Spoke to bank rep. On her end, she said she didn't even see any log in attempts on chrome for what it's worth.chose security as category for lack of better one.Thanks

Cannot log into bank account in Google Chrome

Using google chrome and windows 10 i cannot sign into my capitalone bank account. It doesnt recognize my user name or password. I can log in on my other pc using google chrome and windows 7. In addition have no trouble using IE. Windows 10 the problem?

Unable to log in to my bank accounts since latest update.

Aside from Internet Explorer, we suggest that you may use Microsoft Edge, Google Chrome or Firefox when logging in to your bank account website and check if the issue still persist.

Banks Websites Does Not Recognize Device

Using Chrome, Firefox, Opera, Edge with win 10

My banks websites I've been using and accessing for 4 years on this same PC suddenly stopped recognizing my device about one month ago. I have to verify the login every tine and on all banks, PayPal or any other financial service. That's happening with all browsers. When they banks send me an email they say unknown device. This mean they even not recognizing it as an HP laptop.

UPDATE: I created new windows user and tried to log into my bank accounts and they recognize my device as ( Windows) but when I use my original user they doesn't recognize it as windows they just write (unknown device). So I think there is something wrong with settings.

Any suggestions would be appreciated.
