Windows 10: Cant log into my computer anymore

Got a new PC a few months back. Its been great. Like many as of recently ive been trying to play Red dead redemption 2. But of course for most it doesnt work as intended. So ive spent the last few days troubleshooting the issue. I was faced with a new possible solution regarding AMD graphical drives. I had to reboot in safe mode for that and I have. But since the reboot I am unable to log into my PC. Its an admin account and every password is incorrect, ive tried almost everything I could get my hands on and its really just infuriating.

Black Screen after Log on


Computer boots to windows log on,have no password here.After a minute on log on it go to a black screen,stays there forever. I can get to Task Manager from black Screen,lost on what to do next. Just want my Windows 10 back, not sure what caused this problem. Any Suggestion on what my next step should be?*Sad

 

Edge Search Does Not Permit Change of Region


I got these suggestions from the Microsoft Community forum.No. 1 worked for me:

Thank you for posting the query on Microsoft Community. I am glad to assist you on this.
We have reproduce the issue here and we are able to access non-regional search for google using Microsoft Edge.
I would suggest you to try the below steps and check if it helps.
Step 1:
Clear browsing data option of Microsoft Edge and check if you face the issue. To do so perform the steps below.

1. Click on the More actions icon next to the feedback icon present on top right corner of the Project Spartan homepage.
2. Select Settings and click on Choose what to clear.
3. Check the boxes Browsing history, Cookies and saved website data and Cached data and files and click on Clear.

Step 2:
I suggest you to create a new user account and check if the issue occurs.

1. Go to Settings.
2. Choose Accounts and then select Family and other users.
3. Select add someone else on this PC.
4. Enter a user name and hit next.
5. Click on Finish.
6. Sign out from the current Account and Log into the new account.

Step 3:
It could also happen because of network issue. I suggest you to try with different network connection and check if it helps.

 

Computer does not sleep anymore (\FileSystem\srvnet)

Method 1.

I recommend you to uninstall/reinstall the display driver and check. Follow the below steps:

• 
  Press Windows key + X and click on Device manager.
  
• 
  Locate for display adapter and click on it to expand.
  
• 
  Right click on the device and click on uninstall.
  
• 
  Once you install the driver restart the computer. It will automatically install the generic network adapter.
  

If this doesn’t help to fix the issue. I suggest you to update the display driver. Skip step3 from the above steps and right click on the device and click on update.

It is amusing how display and network adapter is conflated here..... incompetnce overload....
