Windows 10: Can’t log into my computer.

So I just reset my computer, I deleted all files except for the important ones because it gave me the options weather I wanted to use the computer again or recycle it.



After the reset, I couldn’t log in with my account and am wondering what I could do to fix this or do I need to get a new account?


If I do need a new account, how do I create one so that I could log into it on my PC.

Black Screen after Log on


Computer boots to windows log on,have no password here.After a minute on log on it go to a black screen,stays there forever. I can get to Task Manager from black Screen,lost on what to do next. Just want my Windows 10 back, not sure what caused this problem. Any Suggestion on what my next step should be?*Sad
