Windows 10: Can't Login and Computer Resets every minute

So, i recently was restarting my router, and that hadnt resolved my internet issues. So i decided to scroll through the "Network and Internet Settings" and i found "Network Reset" I clicked on it out of curiosity, and seeing its description figured it wouldnt hurt. After resetting my desktop it booted up fine, no issues, but then i got to the login screen and was greeted with: "Other User" and my username and password fields were blank, so i put in the info, and the fields just blinked, and didnt go through, and i kept trying with different usernames and passwords, and then my computer eventually reset itself, and i started the process anew.


I've been at this for about 20 minutes, and dont know how to fix it, i cant boot into safe mode, holding shift and clicking on the power icon only causes the power icon to remain selected till my computer resets again, and ctrl + alt +del does nothing at all.


(Note: I do not have any backups)

I suggest you to follow the steps below and check if it helps.

Step 1: I suggest you to select the appropriate language in login screen at the bottom right corner and check if it helps.

Steps 2: Use On-screen keyboard in the login screen to login and check if it helps.

Random account appeared on login to my computer

I suggest you to try the below steps to remove the user account from your computer.

• 
  Login to your computer through administrator account.
  
• 
  Press Windows key + r and type
  netplwiz, hit Enter.
  
• 
  Select the user account, you want to remove.
  
• 
  Click on the Remove button.

I THINK MY PC RESET IS FROZEN?

Power cycle your device. Here are the steps:

• Force shutdown your computer by pressing and holding the power button down for 5 to 10 seconds.
• Remove all the attached cables for 2 minutes then put them back on.

If the same thing happens, we suggest that you perform the reset again.
