Windows 10: can't login into my expert zone.

hi there I am trying to login into my expert zone account and can't. the link not clickable where it say already a member. its asking me to join but I already have an account. can you please help me fix this.

I suggest you to follow the steps below and check if it helps.

Step 1: I suggest you to select the appropriate language in login screen at the bottom right corner and check if it helps.

Steps 2: Use On-screen keyboard in the login screen to login and check if it helps.

The menu icon for t zones stopped working, it comes up with,

packet data , connection not available, i have to use web & walk to get to t zones, i have checked the settings but all appears ok, can any body help please ?

T Mobile keep sending me the settings for web & walk when i ask for t zones , saying they are the same.
