Windows 10: Can't Login To Two Accounts At The Same Time Without Freezing... Help!

Hi, so I have two accounts on my PC. Account A and Account B. A is for play, B is for work. The issue has only started since this morning, but there's nothing new on my PC hardware or software wise. As far as apps that I use on both, it's Creative Cloud, Discord, MSI Dragon Center, and Razer Synapse. I've disabled them all at launch though.

If I log into A first, A works flawlessly. If I then switch users and login to B, B takes a while to load and the taskbar remains in an infinity blue loading circle with no apps showing up. I can start explorer and apps fine via Task Manager.

The same thing happens to A if I log into B first. I have to sign out of either account before using the other one, and that is a huge pain.

I've tried disabling everything under startup for both accounts, but that doesn't change anything. I've tried killing explorer and start but that doesn't work either.

Anyone have any ideas? Specs in the comment if that matters.

I suggest you to follow the steps below and check if it helps.

Step 1: I suggest you to select the appropriate language in login screen at the bottom right corner and check if it helps.

Steps 2: Use On-screen keyboard in the login screen to login and check if it helps.

Help Removing Microsoft Account login

I am not sure if you want to switch to a local account instead of your Microsoft account, or if you want to keep your Microsoft account but login automatically instead of having to type the password.

computer display freeze on first time login

Hi - This problem started showing up recently after got new motherboard installed.

I turn on my computer .

Successfully login and everything (mouse keyboard everything) works well for few seconds and then display freeze.

I turn off my computer using hard reset (pressing power button for few seconds)

I then turn on computer again and then it works well even for 8-10 hours without any issues.

These are the exact same steps every time. Note that display never freeze on second time login and always freeze on first time login. Isnt it strange..
