Windows 10: Can’t Login

I own a hp windows 7 laptop and have tried logging in to my computer using safe mode with command prompt. All it does is take me to a screen that says “loading files” and then resumes login as normal. It says Owner but I do not know the password hence why I tried this method in the first place. Any other options?

I suggest you to follow the steps below and check if it helps.

Step 1: I suggest you to select the appropriate language in login screen at the bottom right corner and check if it helps.

Steps 2: Use On-screen keyboard in the login screen to login and check if it helps.
