Windows 10: Can't move taskbar on windows 11

Hello, I just recently upgraded to windows 11, before this i always had my taskbar on the right side of my screen. Now after the upgrade, the taskbar is at the bottom and i can't find anything on how to move it

:)

 

Before I'm going to try Windows 11

The Windows 11 taskbar is an annoying step backward | PCWorld and more.

I think I'll just wait for Windows 12 *chuckle

Sorry for the inconvenience caused.

I suggest you to reset Explorer.exe and check if it helps. You may follow the steps below.

    Right click on the taskbar and select task manager.
    
  • 
    In the process Right click on windows explorer and end the task
    
  • 
    Restart the task by clicking on the file and select new task
    
  • 
    Type Explorer.exe and press enter.
    

If issue still persists, I suggest you to reset Internet Explorer and verify the result.

Change or reset Internet Explorer settings

Disclaimer: Please note that resetting Internet Explorer Settings will reset all user-defined settings including those set by installed extensions, toolbars and other add-ons to IE Defaults. This includes all Security,
