Windows 10: Can't Open Xbox Game Bar

Recently, I was using zoom and I got a blue screen. After I booted up my PC, the taskbar icons were all empty and lead to nothing, but that's not the point.

When I tried to open game bar with Windows+G it didn't work. I went as far as to reset the applications, repair it, and try closing it in task manager. None of this seemed to work. Opening the Xbox game bar application from the windows application menu doesn't seem to do anything.

The game bar IS enabled in settings, but still won't launch no matter what I try.

Help..?

hello!

my xbox game bar doesnt detect my microphone, when i press it, it says that my privacy settings prevent it from accessing microphone, but then, when i click on the "show my how to fix this" button it takes me to a list on settings, but, xbox game bar doesnt
seem to be on this list
