Windows 10: Can't pass through log in screen

Hello!


A couple of hours ago , while I was googling, my laptop crashed. Since then i am unable to log into my device. The system won't let me type my pin and the password is always incorrect even though I insert it correctly.


Consider that I have tried:


1. I changed my microsoft account password from another device


2. I tried to use the log-in screen keyboard


3. I cant access the system to roll back to the previous version since I always get asked for the password


4. Safe mode won't let me log-in either


5. I am 100% certain that I type the password corretly


Any help is accepted!

Black Screen after Log on


Computer boots to windows log on,have no password here.After a minute on log on it go to a black screen,stays there forever. I can get to Task Manager from black Screen,lost on what to do next. Just want my Windows 10 back, not sure what caused this problem. Any Suggestion on what my next step should be?*Sad

So this is not a BSOD ? Have a Windows 10 disc or USB Flash Drive made ? How are you getting to task manager Ctrl.+Alt+Del ? Any cursor on screen ?

 

Unable to access HP Simple Pass to Sign-in to the computer on Windows 10

• Do let us know the make and model of your computer?
• Have you installed HP simple pass software on your computer?

Try the below steps and check if it helps.

Step 1: I suggest you to download the latest HP Simple Pass software from the manufacturer's website install it and check if it helps.

Step 2: If you have already installed the software, I suggest you to re-install it and check if the issue persists.

Follow the steps to Access Recovery Manager:

• Press Start button from the keyboard, type Recover Manager.
• Select Recovery Manager from the list when it becomes available. Allow the action to continue, if prompted. The
  HP Recovery Manager opens.
• Click Software program re-installation, Next , select
  HP SimplePass for the listing and then follow the on-screen instructions to reinstall application
