Andre, just wanted send a big thank you! I downloaded Edge developer beta, Amazon Prime Video works perfectly and even Outlook emails open instantly!

Amazon prime video always played fine using Edge browser till a couple days ago. Now it won't even allow me to click on a selection, or sometime it does it takes minutes to load, or times out with code 7017. I have google fiber gigabyte service so I have
plenty of bandwidth. At the sametime, opening an email in outlook takes over a minute. Using Explorer browser works fine.

Hello Barbara. I'm Greg, a Microsoft MVP here to help you. Prime only requires installing an app for Android. For Windows just download from Prime and play video using your preferred Windows video viewer: optimally either Windows Media Player or the newer
Movies and TV's which I would at least try to see the improvements. You can also install another preferred player like the popular open-source VideoLan (VLC) or Apple Quicktime from their websites. It's all up to your preference. To change the default Video
player in Windows 10, go to Settings>Apps>Default Apps and click on the Video player to see the dropdown list to choose. Feel free to ask back any questions and let us know how it goes. I'll keep working with you until it's resolved.
