5300 and Windows Media DRM

I suppose if you want Windows Media Player 10 DRM support that badly, I suggest you buy the N91 to be able to play your DRM tracks. Other than that, I suggest you try contacting Nokia support for this. They may have technical information about this query.

Step 1: Troubleshoot problems with an app

Type troubleshooting in search bar and click it

Click Hardware and Sound and click Windows Media Player DVD

1. Type troubleshooting in the search box on taskbar.

2. Click Troubleshooting in the search results.

Step 3: Reinstall Windows Media player

If the issue still persists, I would suggest you uninstall and reinstall the Windows Media Player and check. Refer to these steps:

a) Press
Windows key +X, select Programs and features

b) Click on
Turn Windows features ON or OFF on the left panel.

c) Expand
Media Features and uncheck the box against Windows Media Player.

d) Click OK and restart if prompted. Follow the same procedure and check the box against
Windows Media Player to reinstall.

I suggest you to uninstall and reinstall the Windows Media player and check if the issue persists. Refer to these steps to uninstall and reinstall Windows Media player:

• Press Window key + F, select “Settings’ tab below the search box.
• Type “Turn Windows features ON or OFF” and click on the tile with the same name.
• Now, expand the “Media features” and uncheck the box against “Windows Media player”.
• Restart the computer.
• Now follow the same steps and check the box against “Windows Media player” and
  restart the computer to reinstall.
• Check if the issue persists.
