Windows 10: Can't print A3 from Epson WF 7710 with Windows 10

Trying to print on A3 through Windows 10 to Epson WF 7710. The option for A3 doesn't come up, only A4, Letter, Postcard and 2 other small sizes.


I've installed the latest software from the Epson website, restarted both the printer and laptop. I can choose the A3 option from the printer paper preferences, but not on the laptop.


Simple help please, I'm not very tech savvy. I expected an A3 printer to actually be able to print in A3 when I bought it...

Windows 10/Epson WF-7710 Series Printer - Scan Problem

Purchased Epson Printer WF-7710. Installed "correct" software/drivers. Can remote print from my laptop. When attempting to scan Image Acquisition error message comes up. Contacted Epson and confirmed Epson Event Mgr and Epson Scan 2 has been installed.
Other Epson software has been installed correctly.. Any advice on how to address this Microsoft Windows 10 Image Acquisition - Error? Thank you in advance.

Hi Neva. I'm Greg, an installation specialist, 10 year Windows MVP, and Volunteer Guardian Moderator here to help you.

Normally you'd ask Epson and not Microsoft since this is about their printer, but let me see if I can help first.

When a printer gets stuck like that and won't correct its wrong setting, try resetting it. Here's how for your model:

Then try running all of the Maintenance tasks from the printer Control Panel.

If the problem persists download the printer manual to follow it to try to repair:

If the printer doesn't print after reset, Clean Install the printer which always works, lasts longer and actually saves time:

1) Power up the printer, if wired unplug it's USB cable from PC.

2) Go to Settings>Apps>Apps and Features to find and Uninstall any printer software.

3) Go into Device Manager reached by right clicking the Start button, from View tab Show Hidden Devices, open Printer, on Driver tab if present Uninstall the driver. If prompted include the full software package as well. Then do the same for any other printers
listed that you do not regularly use.

4) Now type Control Panel in Start Search, open CP, choose Icon View. In Control Panel open Devices and Printers, right click printer to delete Printer and any scanner or fax of the same name. Restart PC.

5) Delete old printer drivers for unused printers that can interfere:

6) Go to the printer model’s Support Downloads webpage here
https://epson.com/Support/Printers/All-In-Ones/... to download and install the latest full software package. Now is also the time to check for any newer printer firmware to install which matters a lot.

7) Extract Printer software, right click Setup file to Run as Administrator. Follow the setup screens closely as you install the software. For USB it should prompt when to plug in the printer.

Printing Wirelessly on a Epson WF-2540

Team,

Up until recently I have never had a problem printing wirelessly on my WF 2540 printer from my computer.

I have also had no problem Scanning wirelessly either

Then all of a sudden i could no longer print wirelessly from my computer, but could still scan wirelessly

i am using win 10 and all drivers are up to date

All Epson drivers are up to date

i can print wirelessly(remote) to my WF 2540 from my mobile and android Tablet using Epson Software

I can print hardwired from my PC to the printer

I just cannot print wirelessly to the printer from my PC

any suggestions?
