Windows 10: can't print from word document

Discus and support can't print from word document in Windows 10 Drivers and Hardware to solve the problem; I am a I.T. support specialist at a school. the problem I am having an issue when some of the PC in our organization an instructor try to print a word...     can't print from word document


    I am a I.T. support specialist at a school. the problem I am having an issue when some of the PC in our organization an instructor try to print a word document the PC goes to the desktop without printing. I uninstall the printer drivers and Microsoft office, reinstall the printer drivers and Microsoft office and still having the same problem. I replace the usb cable, same thing, can't even print a test page from the print properties. Anyone got any idea on why this is happen. Also this just started recently folks were saying after a windows update, could that be an issues also?

    Printing Word Document

    Created a word document and saved it in Rich Text Format (.rtf). Will not print. Office 2007 program pops up and "suggests" I subscribe to Office 365. Just need to print or email this document....tried to convert to PDF, but is blocking my efforts.

    Any suggestions??

    no colour when printing word documents

    Hello,

    If you're having issues printing colored documents in Word, we suggest checking the Printer properties and try changing the default settings. You can visit this
    thread and look for Doug Robbins and Stefan Blom's suggestions
    regarding this concern.

    Let us know if that worked out for you.
