Windows 10: Cant print when I've opened Hotmail in Google Chrome.

Cant print e-mails when I've opened Hotmail in Google Chrome. It will print e-mails fine when Its opened in MS but not in chrome. Can someone tell me what I can do!....


I have two Hotmail accounts and they wont both open in MS explorer . I would be happier to have them both open in MS Explorer.


PLEASE can I get some help here... thank you!!!!!!

Google Chrome Printing Problem

I use Google chrome as my browser and Outlook.com (Hotmail) as my main e mail provider. Recently I have been unable to print from an e mail. The print routine opens up but instead of allowing me to go to the printer it allows me only to save the document as a pdf file. This problem appears across other secondary e mail providers that I have, hence my reasoning that it is a Google Chrome problem. I looked at Programs and Features with the idea of repairing Google Chrome but this option is not available. Do I have to uninstall and reinstall the program and if I do this will the problem be fixed?

I have solved my problem myself! There is a small arrow beside the Save box and clicking on this reveals options to go to the printer. I had never noticed this before as my routine was always set to print. So the solution was staring me in the face all the time and I had not noticed it! Thankfully there was no need to uninstall and reinstall Google Chrome

Since you already uninstalled Google Chrome using the Programs and Features, Google notifications may still be running in the background processes. We suggest that you follow these steps on how to end the Google Chrome process:

• On your keyboard, press Ctrl+Alt+Delete.
• Select Task Manager.
• Under Processes, locate Google Notifications or Google Chrome.
• Right click on them and select End Task.
• Double check under Programs and Features if Google Chrome is completely gone.

• To will get a notification on the right side of the browser to download and install Google Chrome.
• Click on the notification and follow the prompts to download and install the Google Chrome application.
