    Can't print


    Cannot print from my HP laptop to the HP Officejet 4630 printer. Did a reboot on our modem earlier to fix a TV problem with Rogers. Can't print since then. Did unplug the printer for 30 seconds and plugged back in, but still the same. Can print from iPhone.

    Any suggestions?

    Print to PDF missing in Printer List

    Hi William,

    We suggest that you disable and re-enable the Print to PDF feature. Here are the steps:

    • Click on the Start menu and type in Windows Features.
    • Choose Turn Windows features on or off.
    • On the next window, find Microsoft Print to PDF and disable it. Click
      OK to save changes.
    • Restart your PC.
    • Repeat the same steps to re-enable Microsoft Print to PDF.
    If the issue persists, we suggest that you perform the troubleshooting steps suggested on the link below under
    Advanced:

    Fix printer problems

    Nope. But, now the printer is showing as offline and I can't get it online.
    So, I removed all the HP printer objects that showed up under the list of printers.
    Then, I scanned for NEW PRINTER and it was there. I ran the print wizard. Looked good, but when I tried to print a test page, nada.
