Windows 10: Can't Re-install Forza Horizon 4 on PC

I have had FH4 on my PC before I wiped it due to it getting full. I was hoping to use RAID but apparently my motherboard is incapable of doing so. So I went back to Microsoft store to re-install FH4 only to see the install button grayed out. I got FH3 to download no problem but why not Horizon 4? Help?

I can't get Forza Horizon 4 to download

I keep getting this error when trying to preload the Ultimate Edition of Forza Horizon 4: 0x87E107D7 It does the same thing for Forza Horizon 3 Ultimate Edition. Forza Motorsports 7 installs just fine, and so does any other game on pc.

If you know how to fix it please send help
