    Can't reset my Windows 10 PC.


    I want to sell my not-so-old Windows 10 laptop, but this seems to be a bigger project than expected.To be clear, I'm the lead technician at one of my companies stores, but I am unable to wrap my head around this issue.The amount a computers I reset to factory setting every day is insane, but I've never had this problem.When Shift-restarting the pc, I can choose 'Troubleshoot' -> 'Reset PC' -> 'Delete everything'. After this, though - I get to choose my keyboard layout, and then I'm back to the 'Troubleshoot' tab, now without the option to reset the pc.So I have the option, right up till
