Windows 10: Cant reset Windows because mouse & keyboard arent working.

hey everyone.


since a few days ive been trying to reset my windows without succes. everytime i get into the setup window it asks me to pick a keyboard language while at that point i am not able to either use my mouse or keyboard.


ive tried the following things.

1. use a ps2 keyboard & mouse.

2. reset settings in the bios.

3. plug in my keyboard & mouse into all usb ports. (usb 2 & usb 3 both)


now ive been looking around for a fix but none of the ones i could find had any effect.

so i was hoping someone could help me out.


i also would really love to know what causes the problem as well since ive seen many people struggle with it.

My mouse and keyboard arent working!

I just installed my FoxConn P35A and right when I get into windows the mouse and keyboard stops working! They work before I get into windows like in the bios and stuff. So whats up with that?

Oh and I tried hooking them up to an external USB source and Ive tried PS/2 slots.
