Windows 10: Can't resolve Windows error code: 0x80073712

I am unable to download Cumulative update for my Windows 10 because of theerror code: 0x80073712. I retried updating it several times, but it failed every time I attempted to. I also searched for other solutions online, however none of it worked. I continuously encountered more problems while attempting the solutions.
Specifically, I have tried using Windows Update Troubleshooter failed, and Command Prompt- sfc /scannow, DISM, and restarted services didn't work, manually updating Windows failed, attempted to upgrade Windows via Media Creation Tool also didn't work, restarted many times and didn't work many times.

The problems I encountered along the way:
I. Command Prompt - sfc /scannow gives me a message: "Windows Resource Protection could not start the repair service." which gives me more of a headache. I have also tried several solutions to fix this but didn't work either; such as restarting Windows update modules via services.

II. Command Prompt - DISM command: DISM / Online / Cleanup-Image / RestoreHealth neither did this work, didn't help me at all.


I don't know anymore solutions for this. Welp, that's it. Hope someone can help me resolve this issue :

FYI: This issue began after I did a System Restore. I am aware that a System Restore reverts back to the files and settings that were saved in a restore point. Corrupted files maybe.

I am not able to connect the i phone with PC (dell windows 10 64bit) due following update error Some update files are missing or have problems. We'll try to download the update again later. Error code: (0x80073712)

I tried with following options but still problem update is due

Step 1: Use System File Checker to repair damaged Windows files

Step 2: Run the DISM tool

Please suggest me how to solve this issuse
