Frequent BSODs, BSOD troubleshooter literally cannot be ran

After experienceing a number of BSOD errors, often multiple per day with differing errors, I started troubleshooting. I have scannowed, I have chkdsk ed, I have RAM tested, drivers are up to date, windows is recent. I now hear about a windows feature called "blue screen troubleshooter". Unfortunately for me it doesn't seem to exist on my computer despite me being in windows 10 pro. When accessing troubleshooters via control panel, it doesn't show up. When I search for it in the control panel search bar, it does turn up, but when clicked it throws a "windows online troubleshooting service is disabled" error. To combat this I changed the setting that had it disabled, but it still did not work. The exact file was checked to have the right hex value via gpedit.msc. Does anybody have any idea how I can run this troubleshooter I need so desperately?

  2. Windows 10 infinite restart black screen

The tutorials provided are just a list of troubleshooting steps. Use only the steps which apply to you.

Since none of the troubleshooting steps here worked, I'd suggest you do a Clean install.

  3. New FF - passwords

    Hi:

If that setting is already enabled, then I suggest as the next troubleshooting step might be Mozilla Safe Mode (not to be confused with Windows Safe Mode)):

Troubleshoot Firefox issues using Safe Mode | Firefox Help

    • Please report back and let us know the outcome, as it will dictate the next steps.
    • Also: please tell us what AV/AM/firewall programs are you running on this system?

    Thanks,
    MM
