Windows 10: Can't send or receive email with windows live 2012

Frozen again! Tried to reset password. Doesn't work. Scoured internet to find solutions. Nothing works! ugh...

I guess having a Verizon.net email with windows live 2012 is becoming an obsolete issue. I have had this email for my business

for years and it will be a major pain to switch, being that the email is on all of my print advertising, website, customer data bases, etc...

If there is a way to fix this and keep the same email, I would be a happy camper!

Windows Live Mail 2012 refuses to send emails, claims they're spam


My wife uses Windows Live Mail 2012 and says it refuses to send emails, claiming they're spam. This is even replying to someone who is in her contacts list. I have run several different virus checks and nothing comes up. Any ideas or suggestions would be appreciated. TIA

I have upgraded my Dell Laptop Inspiron Windows 7 64 bits to Windows 10.

The problem is : -

Windows Live Mail 2012 not sending or receiving emails in windows 10.

with error : -

Server Error: 0x80072EE7

Server: 'https://mail.services.live.com/DeltaSync_v2.0.0/Sync.aspx'

Windows Live Mail Error ID: 0x80072EE7.

I have done : - sfc /scannow .

but no error has been found.

I have notice the following : -

Microsoft Edge is able to connect to the internet ; no problem, working fine..

But using Internet Explorer in not connecting to the internet.

I am able to ping to mail.services.live.com , no error.

I would suggest you to follow the below steps and check if it helps you regarding the Windows Live Mail 2012.

• Press Start button, type programs and Features.
• Search for Windows Live Mail 2012. select Uninstall/Change.
• Select Repair and follow the steps and check if it helps you.
