Windows 10: Can't sighn in

    Can't sighn in


    Hello,

    my computer goes straight to the sign in page as I put my password in I get a reply saying I need to connect to the internet but, nothing else works on my computer accept the Ease of Assess, power button and internet symbol is on the bottom right but when I touch this it only shows the airplane mode symbol.

    I have an HP stream that is just over a year old.

    All my important files for work are here.

    Please help me!
