Windows 10: Can't sign in to Windows 10 Games on probably because of Xbox

For the past week I have had trouble signing into:


Solitaire Collection

Minesweeper

Mahjong

Sudoku

Treasure Hunt


Actually the only 2 which I have been able to sign into are Solitaire & Mahjong, but sporadically and not completely. My data for these games has been preserved and updated by my recent activity. When I am apparently signed into the 2 games, if I click on the button to bring up Xbox Console, I get various responses, none of which are valid:

1: It many times loops with a rotating circle.

2. Other times it responds with "Something went wrong when loading this section :"

3. Returns error codes 117000, 870072EFE, 80072EE7, 87DD0006, 1130000, 121003.


I have successfully signed into xbox.com using my browser Chrome, in doing so I updated my password. Xbox.com shows all of my PC games, and indicates that Solitaire is connected to xbox, the other games are just listed as being on my computer.


I had a computer expert come into check my internet connection, which appears to be ok. I have reset the wifi adapter, and have cleared the DNS cache in windows, and none of it changes anything.

I can't sign in to my Xbox account from games

We are currently experiencing unanticipated difficulties signing in, creating, managing, and recovering Xbox Live accounts. The following platforms are affected:

• Xbox One
• Xbox on Windows 10
• Xbox 360
• Xbox on other devices

We suggest that you try signing in to your games once the server is up and running. It may take 24 hours. Our Xbox system administrators are working on this.

Sign into xbox live

Xbox live sign-in fail
