Windows 10: Can't sign in

So I had this account that I was using. It was on my account and my mother's email was the primary. So I took away her email from my account and made mine primary and continued using the computer. Then all of a sudden a few days later, my account says my mother's email instead of my Microsoft account name. And when I try to make another account using my account, it says there was an error with the windows hello pin and try again later and this has been the same error popping up for a week and a half. And now the pin for my account mother's email is now just gone? So I'm wondering I anyone could help me?

About your concern with typing the password after being idle, it is actually recommended to activate for security reasons.

If you wish to disable it, I suggest you to follow the below steps and check if it helps.

• Go to Settings.
• Click on Accounts.
• Click on Sign in options.
• On the right side, you will see required sign in.
• Change it to Never.
