Windows 10: Can’t sign in

    I’m going crazy. I turn on the computer and it shows an email - which is wrong - it is a typo and missing 1 character from the correct one. It asks for my pin but of course my pin doesn’t go with the wrong email. How can I correct this email. I cannot see anything else except WiFi, ease of access and the power. How can I get into this computer? It’s going in the pool soon. Help please my daughter has missed an entire day of school already.

    password sign in

    Hi,

    About your concern with typing the password after being idle, it is actually recommended to activate for security reasons.

    If you wish to disable it, I suggest you to follow the below steps and check if it helps.

    • Go to Settings.
    • Click on Accounts.
    • Click on Sign in options.
    • On the right side, you will see required sign in.
    • Change it to Never.

    Let us know how it goes.
