    Can't sign in


    Hello!My problem is that the laptop starts up to the lock screen with the icon of the user. But when clicking on it a white window appears rather than the normal login option to enter the password. It looks like the screen to enter credentials in a work computer, which shouldn't be the case. It's a personal login what should appear, i.e. the standard login screen.After a few seconds the window auto-closes and it goes back to the lock screen in a loop. Rebooting didn't work.Any ideas?Many thanks!Marga

    password sign in

    Hi,

    About your concern with typing the password after being idle, it is actually recommended to activate for security reasons.

    If you wish to disable it, I suggest you to follow the below steps and check if it helps.

    • Go to Settings.
    • Click on Accounts.
    • Click on Sign in options.
    • On the right side, you will see required sign in.
    • Change it to Never.

    Let us know how it goes.
