    i have tried so many things and have been dealing with this issue for a few months now , whenever i try to sign into my microsoft store or xbox app on my pc i always get a "youll need internet for this" error message. im able to sign into microsoft.com with the same account and sign into my account on my actual xbox and xbox app on my phone with no issue .i noticed this issue started to happen after i switched the emails of my account to have it to my personal email so i dont know if that has anything to do with it . i was however able to create a new account and sign into the xbox app and mic

    Hi,

    Thank you for posting your question in the Microsoft Community.

    1. Did you make any changes to the PC prior to this issue?
    2. Have you signed in using the Microsoft account?
    3. Are you able to search for other apps on the Microsoft Store?

    However, you may follow these steps to check if that helps.

    Step 1: Suggest you to run the apps troubleshooter to
    fix problems with apps from Microsoft Store    .

    Step 2: You can also try to manually
    download the Xbox Insider Hub     from the link.
