Windows 10: Can’t sign into my computer

Firstly I noticed my pin sign in stopped working about 6 months ago. That wasn’t a huge deal because I rarely turn my computer off. Today I try to open Xbox gamepass and it asked for a pin. Doesn’t work. The other method is to send a code to my outlook email. Asked to send a code but the email never gets it. I never use that account but notice I haven’t gotten an email in it since December which is weird because that’s what I use to sign up for **** I know is gonna send me a bunch of stuff. I sign out and try to sign back in to fix it. Invalid password. I change the password. The password I’ve
