    Can't sleep or hibernate when Radeon RX 580 connected to the display


    My desktop PC does not sleep or hibernate most of the time, it turn off the display but GPU,CPU,Fans etc are still running most of the time. Sometimes it sleep and hibernate (very rarely) when connected to Radeon RX 580 SE through HDMI.

    I am using Adrenalin 20.4.2
    Core i9-9900K
    ASUS STRIX Z390-F
    Radeon RX 580 SE 8 GB
    Windows 1909

    Advanced Micro Devices, Inc. driver update for Radeon RX 580 Series

    Just installed rx 580 8gb edition with latest radeon 19.7.5 but windows update wants to install another driver without any information and also insatll Advanced Micro Devices - MEDIA - 11/16/2017 12:00:00 AM - 10.0.1.6.

    I do not have the card plugged into any displays at this time.

    I also have device installation settings set to no (off).

    The system has a gtx 960 4gb and is currently connected via hdmi.
