Windows 10: Can't Stop an App from Updating and Troubleshooters Do not open

Hi, so I recently got a new laptop and in setting it up, I wanted to install all of my previous apps. Apparently, one of those apps is no longer available in the Microsoft Store and it has now prevented me from updating anything. I tried canceling it, nothing, tried resetting the store, nothing, tried ending the task of the store in task manager, nothing, uninstalled the app, nothing.I have also been having some internet adapter issues, and when I try to run the troubleshooter, nothing happens. No window pops up, get help will not pop up, nothing.I really don't want to have to reset my PC, eve

Mail app will not open on 10041.

This is the suggested solution below if you haven't already tried it.

In this Windows 10 build 10041, the Mail, Calendar, and People apps may be broken due to a licensing issue with the Store Beta. To get these apps working again, you need to follow these steps:

• Open powershell as administrator
• Run the command Get-appxprovisionedpackage –online | where-object {$_.packagename –like “*windowscommunicationsapps*”} | remove-appxprovisionedpackage –online
• Re-install Mail, People and Calendar from the Store (green tile)

Step 1: Run Windows app troubleshooter.

Step 2: Run shell commands for Windows store and check if it helps.

Follow the below steps:

• 
  Press Windows key + X and select
  Command prompt(Admin) to open elevated Command prompt.
  
• 
  Type the following commands.
  
  
  
  powershell -ExecutionPolicy Unrestricted Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register $Env:SystemRoot\WinStore\AppxManifest.xml
  
• 
  Hit enter, the blackscreen will appear still for a couple of seconds. After a couple of second a new line saying C:\.... will appear.
  
• 
  Close Command Prompt.
  
• 
  Try to start the Windows Store again.

• Run the SFC.

Follow the below steps:

• 
  Open Command Prompt.
  
• 
  Select “Run as Administrator”.
  
• 
  Type “sfc /scannow” without quotes and hit
  Enter.
  

• I would suggest you to run the App troubleshooter and check if that fixes the issue.

a. Open Control Panel and click on troubleshooting.

b. Click on View All. Click on Windows Apps. Follow the on-screen instructions.
