Windows 10: cant switch out of 'S mode' whatsoever

I have been trying to download stuff of my laptop all night but because I updated to 'windows 10', my computer decided to automatically switch into s mode. therefore I have been trying to switch out of it all night and every single time I try to "get" out of s mode it says 'something went wrong and we couldn't start the update'; so then I scrolled all the way to the bottom of Microsoft store on the s mode page, and tried updating my app store. but of course it wont let me launch it for no good reason. I am appalled of windows 10 and I would like immediate help please.

Airplane mode switch not working

Since the troubleshooting steps that were provided did not resolve the issue, we suggest switching on the Radio Management Service. To do that, please follow the steps below:

• Press Windows key + R.
• Type services.msc, then hit Enter.
• Search for Radio Management Service.
  
• Right-click, then choose Start.

Note: Never ever set this service to "Disabled".

No Sleep Mode Option Whatsoever

Let's try some troubleshooting methods to check the root cause for the issue.

Method 1:

Try enabling the built-in Administrator Profile.

• 
  Press CTRL+Shift+ESC to open Task Manager.
  
• 
  Click File > Run New Task
  
• 
  Make sure you have a check mark beside “Create this task with administrative privileges”
  
• 
  Type CMD
  and hit Enter. Then type or copy/paste the below command into it and hit Enter again
  

net user administrator /active:yes

Note: Once you're done with the troubleshooting try to disable the administrator profile by replacing the
yes with no in the above command line.

Check if you're able to see the Sleep Mode option with the administrator profile.

Method 2:

Suggest you to add another Microsoft account by following the steps mentioned below and see if the problem persists:

* Click Start,

* Navigate to Settings/>Accounts/>Your Account/> Family & other users.


* On the right pane click Add someone else to this PC
underOther users.

* If you have another Microsoft account try to use that or else follow the steps to sign-up for new and switch with new Microsoft account.

* Sign-out from the old and Login with new Microsoft account.

Once you're sign-in with new User Profile, then please work around and check if it helps you.

• Click Settings from the Start menu
  
• Click System, then select Tablet Mode in the left panel. A tablet mode submenu appear
  
• Toggle "Make Windows more touch-friendly . . ." to on to enable Tablet mode. Or off to go to desktop mode
  
• Configure the "When this device automatically switches" menu to let Windows 10 to switch modes on your 2-in-1 prompt or not prompt you.
