Windows 10: Can't troubleshoot

I'm trying to troubleshoot my laptop because the screen is glitching when turned on to the point the entire thing is unusable, the only screen that isn't glitching is the safe mode screens. I'm trying to do a start up repair but I need the email of the person who set up the laptop my mam. I put the password in and I know 100% it's right but I'm being told the password is incorrect. I can't go into the laptop to try fix this.

The tutorials provided are just a list of troubleshooting steps. Use only the steps which apply to you.

Since none of the troubleshooting steps here worked, I'd suggest you do a Clean install.

If that setting is already enabled, then I suggest as the next troubleshooting step might be Mozilla Safe Mode (not to be confused with Windows Safe Mode)):

Thank you john for all of your help i decided to get the usb my computer came with and factory reset it i didnt have anything that personal or valueable so its ok thanks for the help though i appreciate it
