Windows 10: Can't turn on game bar

Hey, so about a year ago I followed this really stupid fps tutorial and disabled game bar in the registry, now I want to enable it again but every time I change the values they automatically reset to 0 can someone please help me figure out how to reset those? I even searched the internet and tried reverting all the changes with a script that I made and none of those worked.

Turning off the Game Bar will stop this for you.

If you like, you could go a step further, and completely disable the Game DVR and Game Bar.
