Windows 10: Cant turn on real time protection i think its some virus or malware even i reset my pc...

i installed a game from ocean of games it says turn your real time protection i closed it and run a file as adminstrator then it turned my real time protection its grey in color button now which i cant toggle on or off and i cant even scan now and reset this pc button also dont work and all features with realtime protection are closed as it says its settings are managed by your adminstrator. i also cant update window security i think something is installed in windows32 folder and i had reset my pc fully all settings restore and clean all softwares. Please help i also cant see excluding files

I’m not sure what’s going on there, but you might want to run some scans in order to make sure that malware hasn’t assumed the role of administrator and turned off Defender’s real-time protection with Group Policy:

Turn off Windows Defender’s real-time protection:

Windows defender real time protection cant be turned on.

Go to Security and Maintenance, look in 'Security' and see what program is listed under Virus Protection. Windows Defender will not be enabled and functioning properly if there is a program other than Windows Defender listed.
