Windows 10: Can’t type in Windows

After a recent update I have not been able to type in the windows searchbar and I could not click certain things, I have also seen a strange behaviour in certain applictaions, Adobe Priemiere Pro for example. I tired restarting my PC and everything and in the end I decided to restart the windows with the option of deleting all files in case I got a malware. Now when I need to do the windows set up, I am stuck at the part where I have to add my account because just like the searchbar, I cannot click on it to start typing, I tried pressing tab until it selects it but it just skips it and now I am stuck here.

windows xp installation and dual core am

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx

I suggest you to follow the below steps and check if it helps.

  Open an Administrator CMD window. If you can’t find a way, use these steps:
  
  • 
    Press CTRL+Shift+ESC to open Task Manager.
    
  • 
    Click File > Run New Task
    
  • 
    Make sure you have a check mark beside “Create this task with administrative privileges”
    
  • 
    Type CMD
    
• 
  Type the following commands at the CMD prompt:
  
  dism /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth
  
  sfc /scannnow
  

Then try to check if you find the option by right clicking on any app.
