Windows 10: Can't Uninstall Promotional Gears of War 4 Game

I noticed recently that my newish computer January 2020 has nearly all of its 240gb hard drive taken up. Upon investigating, I found through using Treefile that 128 gb is being taken up by what appears to be Gears of War 4. It was offered for free as part of the purchase of this laptop. I downloaded it, never played, and ultimately I believe I uninstalled it through the Microsoft Store can't remember. Regardless, on both Microsoft Store and Settings, I am not given the ability to uninstall. I tried just manually deleting it as well, but was blocked by system administration hangups that I was unable to navigate.


Any help would be appreciated. Thank you!
