    My thoughts also, TechnoMage:

    Maybe we are from the 'Old' school of thought, but, System Restore (SR) can keep the boat floating.

    However, it appears Microsoft is not enabling SR by default on all PCs.
    Guessing Microsoft wants Windows 10 to run on Tablets with as little as 16 GB of internal storage, and System Restore will not survive on a 16GB SSD.

    We need to be aware that, if System Restore is disabled by default, and if that is the case, it has not created any snapshots!

    Fortunately, there are other features in Windows 10 that get it back. Its Reset feature provides a fresh Windows system without necessarily wiping files, and you can also roll back Builds and Uninstall Updates.

    I'll try that. Just in case I'll back up my data (pictures,game saves..) and try it.
    But I don't really have a suitable way to back up large files (62 GB),
    so I'll refresh the windows installation when I can.
