    Can't update error 0x800f0900 and can't install from .ISO 0x8007001F


    Hi all,

    I've been unable to run any updates for a while now, I keep getting the following erros:

    Can't update error 0x800f0900 and can't install from .ISO 0x8007001F [​IMG]


    After looking into this, I downloaded an ISO of my current Windows version (1909 build 18363) to do a repair install but this comes back with the following error:

    Can't update error 0x800f0900 and can't install from .ISO 0x8007001F [​IMG]


    In Command Prompt I've run sfc /scannow and then dism /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth and get the following result:

    Can't update error 0x800f0900 and can't install from .ISO 0x8007001F [​IMG]


    I have already done a search on these forums, but if I'm honest I didn't really understand some of the solutions! (I'm a bit of a novice). Is anybody able to help please?

    Hi,

    Based on the logs you've provided, it seems that one of the possible cause why you cannot install Windows 10 Creators Update is your antivirus. In the meantime, we suggest disabling your antivirus, then try to install the update again.
