Windows 10: Can't update to 2004 for several months - 0x80070003

Hello!

I have some sort of invite to update my Windows 10 to 2004 in Window Update window. But every time I try to do this installation fails at ~72% with the error 0x80070003. It passes preparation and downloading states successfully and stops only during the installation.
I've also tried the update helper tool, but faced the same issue.

I have Windows 10 Pro 1909 now.

Error code 0x80070003, occurs when some files in the Windows Update are missing even though the update is downloaded and extracted successfully. In the meantime, you can run the

0x80070003 error in windows update multiple times

My windows 10 update is displaying 0x80070003 errors on multiple attempts to update.

I've tried all the help me suggestions but so far hasn't fixed it. It started showing up a few months ago but hasn't fixed with multiple update attempts months apart.
