Windows 10: Can't update to Windows 10 2004 - Dell G7 7588 Update fails and rolls back

I'm trying to update my Dell G7 7588 notebook from 1909 to 2004 version, but the update keeps failing after a few reboots. Then, it rolls back to the previous version. I've already ran the Windows Update troubleshooter, renamed and deleted the softwaredistribution folder, and some other things said in this forum that would help. None of them did. I ran SetupDiag after the error and it shows this:

Hi,

I don't think so, I'm on a Dell G7 7588 group (that's my laptop) and I asked if anyone had trouble installing the update. Seems I'm the only one.

About the BIOS update, I haven't, since it heavily impacts on gaming and underclocking performance, as reported in the same group. Also, it only addresses some security issues. Not urgent at all. Could that be the problem? I remind you, the update gets stuck
after about 75-100% of the way, after a couple of restarts. It even shows the mouse on a black screen, but then reboots and rolls back. I'm thinking more on a video driver or something like that.
