Windows 10: Can't update to Windows 10 v1909 due to Error 0x800703e7

Okay, I've been trying to update from version 1803 to 1909 for a very, very long time now and NOTHING has worked out for me. I've tried everything and nothing has worked, it just keeps on giving me Error 0x800703e7 and I've tried and tried again to fix it and I have had 0 success. So I'm starting to get desperate and thus I'm here. For the sake of my sanity please give me an answer that will ACTUALLY work. Please and thank you.

Windows 10 Update Orchestrator Service

found similar error in the 'System' log, during the restart after installing the update, is this normal for windows 10? Does everyone faced such thing? The update seems to have settled, in the status I've see 'Success', there seem to be no other errors.
